Troubleshooting & FAQ

Can I connect multiple entrances or keypads to my PIN-Point?

You cannot connect multiple entrances to a single PIN-Point. For every entrance a new PIN-point is needed.

You can however link 2 keypads to the same entrance (truck height and vehicle height). When this is needed, ensure to mention this when ordering as we don’t ship the PIN-point by default with 2 keypads.

Are other PIN-pads supported as well?

No, you can only use the PIN-pads that are shipped with the PIN-Point.

My PIN-Point door does not show up in the action or trigger

  • Verify you have selected the correct site.

  • Verify the unique ID of your PIN-Point (available in the door at the inside of the enclosure).

  • Contact support (be sure to communicate the PIN-Point ID.
