When do you need this?

When you want to delegate pre-registration responsibilities to your partners (both for visitor management as for flows not captured with TMS or ERP such as recycling & waste flow)

Main idea

• Provide the planner of a partner organization or a subcontractor a login of Peripass, with which he/she can pre-register and manage his/her own visitors.

• The partner will be restricted to creating visitors of limited profiles.

• The partner will be restricted to only editing fields of visitors they created themselves. Manipulating statusses other than Expected and Blocked is also not allowed.

• The partner can print the e-tickets for their employees if the technicians for example are not comfortable using the digital e-tickets.

Won’t do

• Having quota on the amount of visitors that are allowed to be created

• Merging duplicate visitors, in case the same person was created by different partners (which can happen, since they cannot see each other visitors).
