3 features to simplify registration with references

Profile redirection

When a visitor or driver selects the wrong profile on the kiosk, Peripass will attempt to redirect them to the correct profile. This will only happen under the following circumstances: 

  • The visitor is pre-registered in Peripass.

  • The visitor enters the correct reference.

  • Both the original and the “corrected” profile have automatic approval enabled.

You can enable this per kiosk on Configuration > Self Service Kiosk > Edit kiosk > Available profiles for registration.

Display a prefix

By displaying a prefix on the kiosk, drivers will more easily understand which reference number is being requested.

Ignore characters and prefixes

Peripass can ignore specific characters (e.g. a hyphen “-”) and prefixes when searching match with a pre-registered visitor.
